In summary: I know who you are, because your browser and you tell me, I won't tell anybody else who you are, but I'd like to remember your face, just in case you drop by for a visit again.

I know your privacy is important to you (and me by extension), but I do have access to information that could potentially identify you. I have access to your IP address, or your gateway's IP address if you are beyond a NAT (Network Address Translation) gateway, otherwise you wouldn't be able to see this page at all. I also know any information your browser chooses to provide to me, this includes cookies, browser capabilities, browser 'make & model', your computer's operating system and some other information. If you complete any of the forms on the website then you're sending me more personally identifiable information.

So I guess it all boils down to what I'm going to do with all this information?

Well, I don't really do anything with it. I ignore most of that information, but I do store some of it. I remember your IP address, your browser 'make & model', what pages you visited on my site and when.

I have no need or desire to share all this information with anybody for any reason. So I won't. I also usually don't keep it for more than about 2 months, either because I need the storage space or because I'm clumsy and delete it by mistake. I do like to retain this information to better tailor my site, see what stuff people are interested in on my site and what the target audience of my site is.

This privacy policy is subject to change without notice, if it doesn't make much sense, it's not my fault I don't know lawyer talk, but I hope you do get the gist of it.
