I value intellectual property and copyrighted work and I expect others to grant me the same respect. I do not claim nor wish to claim that everything on this website is my sole intellectual property. On the contrary, a lot of the underlying technologies and a lot of the stuff referenced is and should be credited to a lot of different people and entities.
I don't try to reinvent the wheel, thus maybe the only merit that I have is of piecing all these different things together into one cohesive solution.
As usual, all the trademarks mentioned on this site are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Even if it is not trademarked, anything that has been created by somebody else, abides by the rules the respective author set forth. As for everything else on this site, I do consider it my own intellectual property and as such I have a few rules of my own.

This website (except any portions protected by login) is in the public domain, it means you can read it and apply the principles I talk about in your own work. But in no way you can assume that what I talk about here is 100% accurate. As such, I am in no way liable in any way if you rely on my words and do something that goes bad. Think of what I say here as mere advice that may or may not work in your case, there is and should not be any implicit or explicit contractual obligation whatsoever on my part between what I say here and what you do based on what I say here.
